These are the best deals we have seen this year. The Paperwhite is now less expensive than the base Kindle. The Paperwhite, unlike the entry-level ereader, is waterproof and has a long battery life. This means you can read for hours in the bathtub or near the pool. The 6.8-inch screen is sharp and there’s a USB-C port to charge quickly.

Although it isn’t as capable at taking notes as some of its competitors, such as the Remarkable2 or Onyx Boox Air 2, its capabilities are still impressive. You can purchase Amazon Echo Show 8 at Amazon or Best Buy for $74.99 (or 55 percent off). This is the second-best price for the 8-inch smart display we have seen. It’s our favorite in Amazon’s lineup. It can control other Alexa-enabled devices, such as lights, music, alarms, setting alarms, and streaming TV shows. It can also be used to make Zoom calls while you are cooking or cleaning.

The Echo Show 8 smart display is Amazon’s midsize model. It can display news, weather, calendars and grocery lists. It can be used to control smart home devices, stream video and listen to music. It supports video calling through Zoom or Amazon’s Alexa calling services.
