The Point of Care (POC) system was created for CNAs and helps them to manage patient care more efficiently. You will need to sign up and log in to access the system.
Login to PointClickCare’s POC Login Page
Navigate to the PointClickCare POC login page with your web browser. This page can be accessed by typing the URL in your browser’s address field. The login form will appear once the page loads.
Enter your Credentials
Enter your username and password in the login form. Your username is typically your email address or employee ID. Your password will be assigned by your employer. To retrieve your username and password, click the “Forgot Your Password?” link.
After you have completed your credentials, click on the “Sign in” button. If your password and username are correct, you’ll be redirected back to the PointClickCare POC dashboard.
Complete Your Tasks
After logging in to the PointClickCare POC dashboard you can view your tasks. These tasks could include updating patient care plans, recording vital signs and documenting medication. Simply click on the task to complete it. Follow the prompts.
To protect patient privacy, sign out after you’ve completed all your tasks. Click on the “Sign out” button in the upper right corner of your screen.
